Taygo User Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you, the user, and Taygo.com.

GENERAL USE PROVISIONS
This site is provided only as a venue for traders, sellers and bidders. Taygo.com is not involved in the actual transaction between these parties and assumes no control or liability over any issues that may arise as a result of this transaction.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
Our services are available only to residents 18 years and older, individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Any person under the age of 18 must use the site in conjunction with their parent or guardian. Any individuals under the age of 13 are EXCLUDED from using Taygo.com.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided on this Website, including but not limited to information, documents, products, logos, graphics, images, auctions, and services are the wholly owned and copyrighted work of Taygo.com and/or its Third Party Providers. None of the materials posted herein may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or other means, without the prior express written permission of Taygo.com or the appropriate Third Party Provider. You may not "mirror" any materials contained on this Website on any other server or site without Taygo.com's prior written consent. In order to register on this site you must provide your true name and a valid email address.

TRADING, SELLING OR BUYING
Taygo.com is a site that provides membership to a community that allows anyone to trade, sell, and buy any game or gaming related items, at anytime, from anywhere. We are not involved in the actual transaction between members. W e are offering our services as an online game trading web site, so it is important to realize that YOU must make the final determination if YOU are making a worthwhile and legitimate trade. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of selling members to sell items or the ability of buying members to buy items, or the ability of trading members to trade items. We cannot ensure that a buyer, seller or trader will actually complete a transaction or trade.

RELEASE
Because we are a venue, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more Members, you release TAYGO.COM, INC from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

FEES
You agree to pay all fees incurred from your use of this Website. All fees incurred in connection with this Website are non-refundable.

COPYRIGHT LAWS
Dealing in copies of copyrighted material without the permission of the owner of the copyright is illegal and Taygo.com will not allow the trading, selling or buying of pirated material. Trades are for original media, no copies. You cannot buy, sell, trade, offer, request, list, give away, or otherwise indicate that you are willing to trade for pirated items of any kind. You also may not direct people to pirated versions of software to buy, trade, or download. If an individual is caught pirating or trying to pirate on Taygo.com, their account will be suspended an/or terminated immediately.

PRIVACY

You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. This comprises the entire agreement between the User and Taygo.com and supersedes all other agreements. By registering and participating as a user you are indicating your consent to be bound by this agreement.
