I cant stand the IRS. People are so damn rude. I called and the lady I spoke to gave me the biggest attitude. Come on people if you are working in the customer service field then you should be good with people. The title is CUSTOMER SERVICE department, not RUDE SERVICE department. Also I cant believe the IRS is outsourcing… What is this world coming to?

I hate to say it, but a LOT of them government jobs have rude people in ‘em. The problem is, it’s hard as HELL to fire them! So they can be as stank as they want!
